Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales team to develop and present comprehensive, value-driven physician/HCP-targeted marketing campaigns for WebMD’s most strategic client-partnerships
  • Provide oversight and hands on management to strategic deals throughout their life cycle across pre-sale, post-sale and renewal stages
  • Work closely with other internal teams such as Business Intelligence, Marketing Solutions, Account Management, Program Marketing, Marketing Sciences and Finance for building custom marketing solutions and for implementing analytics driven campaign optimization in order to maximize the return for client’s investment and to mitigate risk for WebMD
  • Conduct thorough analyses of campaign’s operational and financial performance with help from Program Marketing and Statistical Services team to generate actionable intelligence and to develop/present campaign performance overview and campaign management strategy to respective clients
  • Develop sound understanding of WebMD’s product portfolio, historic performance by various therapeutic category and audience segments, promotional impact measurement methodology and data capabilities of various analytics partners
  • Leverage learnings and best practices from current business to expand similar capabilities into other parts of the business
  • Travel as needed for important client meetings (expected traveling: 10% - 20%)

 

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent required

Qualifications

  • 7-9+ years relevant experience
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to construct detailed financial, response and/or impact models and present to internal teams as well as to client
  • High energy, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Successful track record of thought-partnership, team work and leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (for both client- and internal-facing interactions) – ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable presentations
  • Experience in pharmaceutical (or Consumer packaged goods) marketing to HCP audience, including sales force planning and effectiveness measurement, a plus
  • Experience building, interpreting and presenting statistical analyses is a plus
