Responsibilities

DNA, WebMD’s brand studio is looking for a talented digital producer to join our team. We create custom content for our advertising partners with a focus on health and wellness. The Sr. Digital Producer will report directly to the Creative Director, leading and producing multi-media branded content experiences. This individual will be responsible for supervising diverse creative executions including UI/UX web experiences and digital video production from storyboard to final execution. The Manager, Content Production must be creative, organized and nimble, working cross-functionally with our Account and Project Management groups. The Manager, Content Production will help ensure that both DNA’s creative vision is carried through and client expectations are managed. They will also bring their own creative ideas to the table—a self-starter who is highly organized and process oriented.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide content production oversight (video, photo, multimedia) for all stages of content development from creative strategy, planning, pre-pro, production and post production
  • Craft relevant documentation: creative briefs, scopes of work, production schedules, budgets, etc.

 

  • Produces and maintains accurate and realistic timelines for assigned work

 

  • Cross-functional team lead; captures and share client feedback, ensuring changes are made, provides project oversight and support on all client deliverables
  • Coordinate with strategists, designers, creative, tech, studio, account and executive management to ensure creative vision is carried through
  • Participate in/schedule brainstorms and regroup meetings as deliverables change
  • Provide digital production oversight for all stages of technical builds, including UX/design, development, user acceptance testing, and deployment to live environments
  • Manages and understands multiple aspects of production from experiential, written content, and visual content
  • Builds relationships with vendors and brings new partnerships
  • Occasional involvement in creative brainstorms for presales marketing

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in production (7 plus years) with a diverse mix of digital and video
  • Experience working in a digital media or creative agency, branded content experience a plus
  • In-depth understanding of the creative process both with regard to conceptual and tactical ideation and design and technological production
  • Previous experience of delivering video and digital experiences
  • Comfortable being client facing and presenting work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing Statements of Work, establishing budgets, staff plans and timelines
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience and interest in supporting new business initiatives
  • UX and/or Graphic Design experience a plus
