As Senior Healthcare Data Analyst at WebMD Health Services, you will be working with a team dedicated to improving the health of more than 10 million people. You will work in both individual and team environments on a project by project basis, work in many technical disciplines, and are given latitude to create effective solutions to address business needs that directly impact profitability. The ideal candidate would combine their analytical acumen with relational databases, SQL skills, and impeccable attention to detail to deliver key insights to support our business.
This person will be responsible for providing analytics support and consulting services for WebMD Health Services and our clients. Responsibilities include analyzing the effectiveness of the company’s products and service offerings, profiling the behavior of our consumers, providing key metrics and benchmarks, and developing recommendations for improving our products. This position will work closely with team members responsible for data warehouse and report development to ensure appropriate capture and dissemination of key metrics.
