    ·     Research health systems & hospitals to understand their org structure and areas of specialty.

    ·     Aid in reporting decks making sure all data is accurate and that the templates are streamlined.

    ·     Provide research into how top accounts rank in US News & World report and identify the areas we can help clients build peer reputation.

    ·     Research lapsed accounts from 2014-2016 to figure out who the agency of record is and who handles physician marketing. 

    ·     Put together an analysis of for-profit systems and how they are currently spending – is it centralized or decentralized.


    • Enrolled at a university/educational institution to obtain either a Bachelor's or Graduate level degree, returning for the Fall 2018 semester
    • Minimum 3.2 GPA
    • Above average ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
    • Critical and creative thinking abilities
    • Effective research and analytical skills
    • A self-motivated and extremely organized student with a positive attitude who loves varied assignments and the opportunity to cut your teeth on all things editorial
    • Possessing excellent writing and grammar skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Able to work independently and in a group setting
    • Able to prioritize and adhere to established timelines in a deadline-driven environment
    • Someone with a strong attention to detail who gains satisfaction in the accuracy and consistency of your work
    • A multitasker who is able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities
    • Live or have housing within commuting distance to our New York City office
