As senior analyst at WebMD, you will be working with a team dedicated to improving the health of more than 10 million people. You will work in both individual and team environments on a project by project basis, work in many technical disciplines, and are given latitude to create effective solutions to address business needs that directly impact profitability. The ideal candidate would combine their analytical acumen with relational databases, SQL skills, and impeccable attention to detail to deliver key insights to support our business.
The Senior Analyst position will be responsible for providing analytics support and consulting services for WebMD and its clients. Responsibilities include analyzing the effectiveness of WebMD's products and service offerings, profiling the behavior of WebMD's consumers, providing key metrics and benchmarks, and developing recommendations for improving WebMD's products. This position will work closely with team members responsible for data warehouse and report development to ensure appropriate capture and dissemination of key metrics.
