    The role will provide administrative support to executive team members, including activities such as calendar and meeting management, document preparation, travel management, and other general administrative tasks.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Senior administrative support for several senior executives
    • Keep the respective persons apprised of itinerary, action items, messages and relevant business issues, both internal and external.
    • Proactively anticipate Executive and/or team needs, providing the highest level of support
    • Liaise with other Administrative and Executive Assistants across all teams internally
    • Exercise high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of support role.
    • Supports dynamic and fast-paced adjustments to Executive's calendar to respond to emerging needs during the course of each day.
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, video conferences and travel.
    • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying
    • Excellent Communication Skills between departments in the organization.
    • Review and track invoices / prepare expense reports


    • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, including administrative support of senior line leaders
    • Exceptional G Suite/Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently but collaboratively
    • Experience in managing confidential and/or sensitive information
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism 
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Preferred:
    • Associates degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
