    Responsibilities

    The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work with front-end web production teams and stakeholders to ensure a high degree of quality, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, for web content and functionality in support of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and requirements, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role needs someone who is flexible and can complete very tight project timelines. An independant minded individual would succeed in this role - one that understands dependancies in a large team enviornment. The book of work changes several times a day and has a variety of differnt tasks that need completing. Here are some additional responsibilities that you should expect: 
    • Successfully manage a high volume of work across multiple projects simultaneously
    • Produce accurate work with high attention to detail
    • Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures from various business requirements and a working knowledge of products
    • Communicate plans, status, issues and risk to management and stakeholders; escalate and prioritize as necessary
    • Execute test cases (manual and automated) and test plans across multiple platforms
    • Perform defect tracking, analysis and reporting; assume ownership of defects through resolution
    • Analyze data to determine root cause and perform impact assessment
    • Work under minimal supervision on complex projects; train and assist colleagues
    • Serve as subject matter expert on all QA processes
    • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training material

    Qualifications

    • BS in Computer Science, BA in Management Information Systems, or related degree, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with software product testing across multiple platforms and devices
    • Excellent manual testing capabilities
    • Experience with SDLC, iterative and other development and project management methodologies
    • Experience leading QA projects and teams
    • Proficiency with project management, test management, and defect tracking tools
    • General understanding of front-end web development technologies and concepts
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, SSL
    • Working knowledge of web debugging tools such as Charles or Fiddler, Firebug, etc.
    • Ability to handle multiple complex projects under tight timelines while maintaining composure and focus
    • Must have the flexibility to work a regular in-office schedule with additional evening, early morning, and weekend hours as required

     

    Preferred:

    • Working knowledge of web analytics
    • Experience with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and their adherence
    • Experience with content and document management systems
    • Experience with continuous process improvement methods
